Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 (Plus Bonus) (DOE)

Position Overview

An established title operation in the Houston 77014 market is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer who brings an active book of business and a proven track record of managing residential title files from open to close. This role requires a licensed professional who can operate independently, deliver consistent service to clients, and maintain strong relationships with agents, lenders, and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full escrow process from file opening through funding and disbursement
  • Maintain and grow a book of business through strong service and relationships
  • Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to support smooth closings
  • Review title commitments, resolve curative issues, and work with underwriting as needed
  • Conduct signings and ensure all transactions meet Texas regulations
  • Uphold company standards for accuracy, service, and turnaround times
  • Protect confidential information and follow all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Active Texas Escrow Officer license
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of residential title and escrow experience
  • Established book of business with consistent production
