PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the processing of donations: sorting, steaming, pricing, tagging, curating weekly collections for the store and events, and preparing items for the sales floor.
  • Uphold the Pricing Guideline to support store goals.
  • Welcome and assist donors at the back door.
  • Assist in directing volunteers in the processing room, ensuring they feel valued and equipped for their tasks.
  • Maintain processing room cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies.
  • Occasionally assist on the sales floor as needed, always maintaining a spirit of teamwork and support.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of clothing brands and pricing.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers and donors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Passion for the mission and values of Purpose Brands 414.
  • Dependable transportation to and from shifts.
  • Must have reliable access to communication platforms.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be 16+ years of age
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
