Role overview:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead complex sales cycles within organisations of 1000+ employees. This role carries significant responsibility for strategic pipeline generation through a combination of targeted outbound campaigns and disciplined follow-up of high-value inbound and recycled MQL opportunities. You will engage senior stakeholders, build multi-threaded relationships, and navigate longer sales cycles with precision. This is a role for a structured, commercially driven seller who can create momentum, manage complexity, and consistently forecast accurately.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise accounts from initial outreach to
  • contract signature
  • Generate and progress pipeline through outbound prospecting (at least 50%), account-
  • based strategies, and high-quality MQL conversion
  • Build strategic account plans and engage multiple stakeholders including C-level
  • decision makers
  • Lead discovery workshops, value-based demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to win and expand
  • strategic accounts
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, including enterprise-level deals
  • Demonstrated success in outbound-led pipeline generation
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder, longer sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with disciplined CRM and forecasting practices
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech savvy and data driven, with experience using CRM (HubSpot), enablement (Gong,
  • Clay), and outreach tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities and
