Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Distribution Center Warehouse Associate Location: Fulton, MO Shift: 1st, Monday-Friday from 6:30am until done (8-12 hours) Pay: $19.25 - $21.25 per hour We are currently hiring full-time Distribution Center Warehouse Associates for multiple areas, including: shipping, order picking, packing, stacking, and janitorial. Be a key player in getting products from the warehouse to store shelves – and into the hands of happy customers! Our team is growing, and we're looking for motivated, dependable individuals.

What You'll Do Employees will be responsible for duties located in the shipping and picking areas of the distribution center. This work can require standing and walking for long periods of time, as well as bending and lifting products up to 50lbs. Employees load carts of merchandise into semi trailers to be shipped to store. After carts are placed inside trailer, boxes of product are picked up from a conveyor belt and placed on top of carts to create tight fit and safe shipment conditions. Employees in this role may also operate a RTC (roll-tainer carrier) while picking product from warehouse racking and loading onto roll-tainer carts.

What We're Looking For Qualified candidates are physically capable of lifting, stacking, and moving product throughout your shift, enjoy staying active and working on your feet in a fast-paced setting, you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn new skills. Warehouse experience or forklift/RTC operation is a plus—but not required (we provide training!)

We make the process simple and rewarding: an easy application, weekly pay (no fees–ever), health benefits for you and your family, and local support from a team that knows Central Missouri. We also offer referrals and incentives for good attendance and working safely.
