As a Contracts Processor at MVW, you will assist in providing our associates with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Ensure that signed contract paperwork is accurate and contains all necessary information and documentation.

Advise the Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval). Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status, such as additional information required, follow-up needed, or tracking. Company Standards Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

Contribute to team goals. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Contacts Processor at MVW: Maintain availability to work a fluctuating schedule, based on business needs, which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Equivalent Preferred. 6-month related work experience is preferred. This position may require a background check and or drug screen contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
