We are looking for someone to join our Accounting team! This role is located in-office 5 days a week at our Central Store Support office (Rockville, MD). In this role you will:

  1. Review, process, and file merchandising invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
  2. Follow up with vendors, store managers, and other employees to resolve open issues and discrepancies.
  3. Apply cash and check payments.
  4. Respond to accounts payable help desk inquiries.

What you need:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-1 year related experience
  • Previous retail/merchandise experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage unexpected demands
  • Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems
  • Interest in company culture and desire to grow in the field
    The hourly range for this position is $22 - $25/hr.
