Become a trusted advisor to CDO CIO VP of IT and help them define data governance frameworks policies and procedures aligned with their business objectives and regulatory compliance
Experience delivering consulting engagements and guiding customers with Data Governance methodologies industry best practices and emerging trends including data quality management data integration and metadata management
Having 16 - 22 years of experience with a strong understanding of data governance principles practices industry framework and having handson experience in implementing and managing data governance program
Define Data Governance target operating model communication plan and workflow processes
Implement the defined framework leveraging tools such as Informatica Collibra Alation etc
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify the challenges and requirements
Define solution methodology to improve data trust via the data quality MDM and catalog
Establish data classification access control compliance policies and develop policy centre
Define data quality and data governance KPIs for continuous improvement
Experience in implementing and successfully delivering at least two Data Governance solutions
Hands on experience in one or more technologies in this space such as Collibra Informatica Azure Purview
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to analyse solution across People Process Technology and Data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Good to have certification in Collibra Alation Informatica or similar technology
