The successful candidate will support the Urban Rail Signalling (URS) BL by conducting order intake reviews, support the elaboration of account plans, collaborate on presentations and market intelligence activities.
S/he works closely with marketing and product teams, sales, key account managers and capture leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with the Sales & BD teams, Key Account Managers and Country Directors globally to collaborate on the achievement of order intake and margins targets

  • Keep close follow up of opportunities (Quarter forecast, Must Wins, Key Projects, Large Contracts)

  • Maintain Salesforce database updated and provide sales forecasts

  • Prepare reports on a regular basis for management review which summarize the order intake status (Monthly reviews, Bi-weekly report, etc.)

  • Support the creation and update of strategic account plans

Manage the competitive and market intelligence lifecycle for URS BL, spanning from data collection to structuring, and also intelligence dissemination

  • Manage and share information with top management

  • Increase knowledge of our competitors, and, more widely, our whole ecosystem

  • Support creation of tools to capture / present bidding data & develop capitalization

Key Requirements

  • The successful candidate should be working towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing or Business

  • Ability to work 40 hours/week for the duration of the internship (8-12 months) with a Hybrid work model,minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

  • Fluent in English both in written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an international organization and/or in the Rail Industry

  • Proficiency in Power BI
