Job description

Process Technician - Injection Molding
Ready to take your skills to the next level? Join a fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment where your expertise makes a real impact every night. We're looking for a hands-on, problem-solving Injection Molding Technician who thrives on keeping machines running, processes improving, and production winning.
If you enjoy troubleshooting, dialing in processes, and being a key player on the floor-this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do
  • Take charge of setting up, operating, and optimizing automated injection molding machines
  • Install, adjust, and fine-tune molds and equipment to keep production running at peak performance
  • Monitor processes and actively drive improvements in quality and efficiency
  • Serve as the go-to technical resource for the molding team each shift
  • Jump in to troubleshoot and solve issues quickly to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in top condition
  • Partner with the production team to hit (and exceed) daily goals
  • Help grow the team-mentor packers and support their development into technicians
  • Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement every step of the way

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in automated plastic injection molding
  • Strong technical knowledge of molding processes, materials, and equipment
  • A proactive mindset with sharp troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • High attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
