Harrington is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on more than just processing orders, it's about driving demand and creating opportunities with every customer interaction. You'll be on the front line of our business, helping customers find solutions, uncovering additional needs, and positioning Harrington as their go-to partner for fluid process and flow control products. By combining product knowledge, problem-solving, and relationship-building, you'll play a key role in growing both our customers' success and ours.
Responsibilities:
  • Sell company products and services to customers who call into the branch by gathering information about their needs, assisting with technical information about company products, soliciting orders, and suggesting additional products in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
  • Clarify customer's understanding of products and services by explaining product and service features; answering questions; offering relevant information.
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to Harrington policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience or training in industrial wholesale distribution in the pipe, valve and fitting industry preferred
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
