Job description

The Corporate Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing and standardizing manufacturing processes across multiple facilities within the durable goods sector. This position focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering to implement best practices and innovative solutions. They will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop scalable strategies that align with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this role ensures that manufacturing operations are streamlined, sustainable, and capable of meeting evolving market demands while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the automotive Tier 1 manufacturing industry.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
