Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Food and Beverage team, the Beverage Server is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional drink service to Guests in a courteous, responsible and professional manner during daily floor operations, including special events. The Beverage Server is involved in understanding and promoting the beverage menu, ensuring accuracy in order taking, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Job Functions
Essential Functions
• Courteously greet, interact and serve Guests in a timely manner with a cheerful attitude.
• Deliver exceptional service to every Guest consistently while interacting and in a professional manner.
• Take beverage orders from Guests and, through the tablet, communicate orders properly to the service bar.
• Promptly deliver all beverages to appropriate gaming machines or tables and assigned work areas.
• Manage the assigned sections and tasks in an efficient and proactive manner.
• Monitor and anticipate Guest needs, refill beverages, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including beverage stations, tables, and service areas.
• Upsell and recommend additional beverage items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Recognize and acknowledge when Guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated.
• Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction.
