Skillful with the emotional aspects of the guest experience, our best servers connect with their guests more than just the specific details of the menus and leverage this information to deliver hospitality efficiently & quickly. Some may say they're in the restaurant business, but at Whiskey Cake, we are in the people business.

SERVER EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 years of upscale service preferred.
  • Craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge preferred.
  • High volume preferred.
  • Must have a love for food; deep food knowledge preferred.

  • Flexible and adaptable, our servers rely on their ability to think on their feet. This flexibility is important for the fast pace of our restaurants. However, they must also demonstrate thoughtfulness in making a distinct plan to achieve goals.
  • They must have a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and competitive drive to get things done, with an emphasis on working with and through people in the process.
