As part of the Richard Sandoval Hospitality Management, we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience. We are currently seeking a Server to contribute to our ongoing success.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience according to RSR hospitality standards. 


Responsibilities:

  • Pass the Responsible Service of Alcohol Test.
  • Serve a set number of tables as determined by management.
  •  Possess complete knowledge of RSR Restaurant's food and beverage preparation.
  • Sell alcohol and food items professionally.
  • Use a computer for order processing.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain specific side-work and ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Clear and reset tables.
  • Check guest identification for legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Observe guest behavior, count drinks served, and offer a taxi to guests who should not drive.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
  • Other duties as directed.


Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Basic mathematical skills with the ability to make change.
  • Reading and writing proficiency.
  • Computer skills for order processing.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
  • State health and alcohol compliance cards (if applicable).
