Job Description

Subject: BI Developer (Oracle, SQL Server)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 6+ month contract
NEED: US Citizen or Green card or ead

Qualifications

The Job You'll Do:
Analyze large customer data sets using a variety of database query and visualization tools
Deploy analytic models within the various self-service reporting systems and environments
Partner with the National Data Warehouse team to support migration of ETL, Tables, Data, etc. into the
Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Manage new data requests by partnering with business owners to help define business rules and
translate into data-driven results designed to meet leadership objectives.
Perform ad hoc analysis to solve operational issues and provide data for business cases.
Provide technical expertise in extracting, integrating, and analyzing customer critical data
Compile and verify daily, weekly, and monthly customer focused executive reporting
Design and develop key performance metrics and indicators using standardized and custom reports
Develop a solid understanding of both XH and Enterprise Data Warehouses and be able to interpret the
data
Work closely with XH leadership

Advanced SQL coding skills with the ability to develop new logic as well as interpret, modify, and
enhance existing queries

Advanced knowledge of BI/Reporting tools such as Tableau and SSRS
Advanced Excel modeling skills (pivot tables, advanced functions, Visual Basic etc.)
Scripting knowledge with Python / Unix shell scripting
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and process-driven, with an orientation toward continuous
process improvement
Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple
projects, adapt to changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
