Job description

Restaurant Server Part Time (SEASONAL 08/01/2026 -- 01/01/2027)

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to provide excellent service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is guest-focused and passionate about hospitality.

Certifications: Food Handler and TABC Certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting and seating guests, managing dining reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring prompt, courteous service.
  • Answer guest inquiries, communicate menu items and specials, handle customer concerns, process payments, take room service orders, and support food and beverage operations.
  • Coordinate dining room staff activities, maintain accurate cash handling, verify age for alcohol service, and provide guests with hotel and local information while following company service standards and policies.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have: 

  • A combination of education and experience.

  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read instructions, perform basic math and cash handling, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a restaurant environment with exposure to wet conditions and moderate noise.
