Job Type: Part-Time
Reports To: Manager on Duty

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team at Cargo. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests warmly.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Handle guest requests and special dietary needs.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
  • Uphold restaurant policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service laws.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
