Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at Cargo. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup, including sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of clean dishes and utensils.
• Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
