Job Summary
We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented servers to join our team. Servers drive restaurant sales by creating an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To be a Federal server, you must be a natural people person, passionate about our products, listen intently to our guests' desires and go above and beyond their expectations. We want servers who share the mentality, "The answer is yes... now what is your question?"
Responsibilities
  • Provide the perfect guest experience
  • Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, whiskies, promotions, ingredients, events, etc.
  • Table maintenance
  • Communication with management for any issues
  • Clear communication and listening to guests
  • Process guests' payments accurately and in a timely manner

  • Correctly ringing in orders through POS system

Qualifications
