Job description

TakoSushi is seeking experienced servers to join our team in Downtown Greenville!


The server's primary responsibility is to take food and beverage orders, serve them promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested.
  • Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members.
  • Serve food and beverages.
  • Pre bus all tables.
  • Practice safe alcohol service.
  • Thoroughly clean and set tables for the next guests.
  • Prepare and deliver the bill to customers, process payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Skillfully upsell menu items and promote daily specials to boost sales.
  • Fulfill any additional duties assigned or requested.
  • Prior serving experience preferred.
