From elevated Italian cuisine and modern Mediterranean flavors to classic steakhouse fare and lively social dining destinations, each concept is committed to exceptional hospitality, culinary excellence, and memorable guest experiences.

We are seeking servers at several properties in the West Loop who can who can deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. This role requires strong food and beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistency and teamwork. Servers execute all steps of service with precision, warmth, and efficiency while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

Successful candidates are hospitality-driven professionals who thrive in high-energy settings, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences. Servers deliver excellent service that promotes guest loyalty and encourages return visits, collaborate closely alongside bartenders and support staff to ensure seamless service, and help introduce guests to the restaurant’s rewards program and other guest engagement initiatives when appropriate.

Essential Responsibilities + Duties

  • Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests from greeting through farewell, creating memorable dining experiences that build guest loyalty and encourage return visits.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including allergens, to curate a memorable experience by making recommendations and confidently guiding guest selections.
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure proper pacing and timing of courses.
  • Monitor table progress and proactively anticipate guest needs.
  • Work collaboratively alongside support staff, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure seamless service throughout the dining room.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to the entire dining room while confirming order accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Encourage guests to join the restaurant’s rewards program and share relevant guest engagement initiatives when appropriate.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming section throughout service.
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service standards in compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
  • Follow all company policies, sanitation guidelines, and food safety standards.
  • Contribute positively to team morale and support fellow team members during high-volume periods
  • Servers may be assigned to private dining or special events and are expected to review BEOs and execute event service in accordance with event timelines and company standards.
  • Additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years serving experience in a full-service restaurant required (high-volume experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service fundamentals.
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law (if applicable).
  • Valid alcohol service certification and food service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).

Physical Demands + Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds (trays, beverage racks, etc.)
  • Continuous movement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and twist frequently throughout shift.
  • Must be able to move safely through kitchen area, including slick floors and tight spaces.
