What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of AV professionals supporting users and technology.
  • Drive process improvements and help mature a recently implemented ITSM platform.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, clarify project requirements, and communicate priorities effectively.
  • Oversee AV operations, support services, equipment lifecycle planning, and project delivery.
  • Partner with IT and AV Engineering teams to enhance technology services and user experiences.
  • Step in during critical incidents when hands-on leadership is needed, while maintaining a primarily strategic and managerial focus.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of AV technology experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing technical teams.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience supporting AV technologies, hybrid meeting environments, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Experience with IT service management platforms preferred.

Preferred Background

  • Higher education, private school, or boarding school experience strongly preferred.
  • CTS, Crestron, Extron, or related certifications are a plus.
  • Experience improving service delivery, team operations, and client satisfaction.
