Executive Project Specialist / Strategic Planning & Analytics
Summary Provides executive-level project management, strategic analysis, and decision support for the President and Executive Leadership Team. Leads complex projects from concept through implementation, develops executive-ready recommendations, and collaborates across the organization to support strategic initiatives, performance improvement efforts, and organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Industry Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze local and national healthcare trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
  • Evaluate strategic implications and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Develop white papers, business cases, and strategic planning documents to support organizational initiatives.
Executive Analytics & Decision Support
  • Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to support strategic projects and organizational goals.
  • Track, monitor, and report progress against key initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Independently respond to executive requests for data, research, and business insights.
Project & Program Management
  • Lead projects from initiation through implementation and completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed work plans, project schedules, status reports, and realization plans.
