We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing multiple large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role will handle 5-10 projects at a time. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, including but not limited to contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the construction project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Oversee contract management activities, including contract negotiation, execution, and compliance.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom construction and manufacturing projects from planning through successful completion. This is a full-time, on-site position with a well-established organization serving the commercial construction industry.

The Project Manager will coordinate all phases of assigned projects, including design, production, and field installation, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards. This role works closely with engineering, production, field personnel, customers, and external partners to drive projects from kickoff through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, material procurement, and production milestones.
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and related documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project communications with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, coordinate change orders, and mitigate schedule impacts.
