  • Bachelor of Science In Engineering or Life Scienceย and at least fiveย plusย (5+) years of previous exposure in Project Management activities within the Pharmaceutical.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications)
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
  • Gets things done attitude!ย 
  • Very good customer facing and communication skills.ย 
  • Experience in:
    • Ensure EHS
    • Support project planning and schedulingย activities.
    • Pharmaceutical Industryย

  • Support project planning and schedulingย activities.ย 
  • Assist in defining the scope of workย and coordinating bids from contractors, vendors, and suppliers.ย 
  • Lead and document risk assessmentsย for construction activities and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.ย 
  • Ensure all contractors and personnel are properly trainedย before executing work on site.ย 
  • Track and maintain project documentation and deliverables.ย 
  • Coordinate construction activities, permits, and site executionย with project stakeholders.ย 
  • Lead project meetings, maintain action logs, and follow up on key items.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issuesย to the Project Manager and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes, quality standards, and site requirements (SOPs, CECP).ย
