• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately understand clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individual and group, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with fellow professionals on the treatment team, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that encompasses different perspectives and specialties.
• Educate and involve clients' family members in the treatment process, promoting a supportive framework that encourages their active participation and understanding.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, strictly adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to ensure the integrity of our practice.

Your role will involve working with a wide array of clients, from children and adolescents to adults dealing with varied mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. The diversity of our client base will allow you to enhance your skills in cultural competency and broaden your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of individuals from different backgrounds.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based practice and specialized training in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Possess exceptional counseling skills demonstrated through a proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is advantageous, enabling you to connect effectively with clients in a virtual environment.

• Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
