Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager of IT Consultants to lead a dynamic team of SAP specialists. In this remote role, you will drive team performance and skills development, manage project costs, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong, strategic leader with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SAP TM experience (desirable), capable of balancing operational excellence with client satisfaction. This position requires regular travel to client sites (up to 50% of the time) to support implementations, training, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SAP TM consultants, fostering a high-performance culture. Define and drive priorities, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate career progression for team members.

Skills Development: Implement training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of consultants, including certifications in SAP modules, best practices in warehouse optimization, and emerging technologies like automation and AI integration.

Cost Management: Manage organization budgets, resource allocation, and implement cost controls to ensure profitability. Monitor expenses, optimize staffing, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for TM-related projects. Gather requirements, manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client business objectives.

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $125,000 – $170,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
