Description:

This position is for a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team and drive the successful design, development, implementation and optimization of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions internally and for our clients. The Consultant will work with diverse clients ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to Fortune 100 firms. Working in a team environment with internal and Client stakeholders, the consultant will develop, analyze, and optimize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.

Engagements are usually longer in duration, which allows for the consultant to oversee the implementation of his/her solution recommendations.

Responsibilities:

The Consultant will perform the following job responsibilities in addition to others as required for each project:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices for leveraging these tools to enhance business processes.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the implementation and use of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio and incorporate them into client solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with other systems and platforms.

General Consultant Qualifications:

Qualified candidates for Consultant Level positions will have the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in technical field with two years of professional experience, or Graduate Degree, or equivalent in combination of education and/or experience
  • Strong skills in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Demonstrated success in analysis driven problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with client personnel.
  • Proven experience as a consultant or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Ability to facilitate stakeholder feedback from across a client organization, to select appropriate Copilot capabilities that align with organizational goals and needs.
  • Ability to assess and understand business and technology processes and pain points to identify where Copilot and AI can be applied to optimize impact.
  • Ability to identify and develop use cases and user stories that offer the most benefit to our clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Storytelling: You will effectively communicate the narrative of Copilot's capabilities and the transformative impact on businesses and individuals.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Experience with integrating disparate data sources and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security with Copilot implementations.

Travel Requirements:
