Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support National Guard Bureau executive workflow operations and organizational process improvement initiatives. This position will help streamline staff action management processes, improve workflow efficiency, and support enterprise collaboration tools used by senior leadership organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze, evaluate, and improve executive workflow and staff action management processes
  • Assess current business practices and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support management of electronic tasking and correspondence tracking systems
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process optimization
  • Support governance processes, records management, and executive information management activities
  • Assist with SharePoint administration, collaboration tools, and knowledge management initiatives
  • Track organizational performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for leadership
  • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and process improvement initiatives
  • Develop training materials and provide user support for workflow systems and business processes
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance or above
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of business process analysis, operations analysis, management consulting, or organizational improvement experience
  • Experience documenting and analyzing business processes and workflows
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing reports, metrics, and process documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Experience supporting DoD, National Guard, Joint Staff, or federal executive organizations
  • Knowledge of Executive Secretariat operations and workflow management systems
  • Experience with ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, SharePoint, SIPRNet, and related task management platforms
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or business process improvement certifications
