Job Purpose:

Coordinate and oversee daily operations, implementing strategies to maximize productivity, minimize waste, and strengthen a teamwork culture, aligning with company standards and market demands.

Minimum education required:

Related engineering

Experience:

Minimum 5 years


     Profile

·        Availability of schedule, responsibility, dynamic, good attitude, and organized.

·        Experience in production control and scheduling.

·        Work under pressure.

·        Desirable experience in a metalworking company

·        ISO 9001 knowledge

·        ERW Welding & Pipe Mill Experience A+

   Responsibilities

·        Coordinate production activities to ensure program compliance

·        Manage overall production process and quality standards

·        Oversee equipment maintenance and efficiency

·        Ensure personnel readiness and material availability

·        Monitor and optimize production workflows

·        Ensure the proper functioning of machinery, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.

·        Implement process optimization strategies, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement.

·        Assign and redistribute tasks within the team according to operational needs.

·        Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to operational personnel.

·        Participate in strategic decision-making related to production and coordinate with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.

   Activities

·        Develop standard procedures for production areas

·        Create and implement quality system procedures

·        Review production and process control

·        Assign tasks to personnel based on their training

·        Verify process reports from each area

·        Ensure finished products reach shipping

·        Conduct timely follow-up on material requirements

·        Analyze potential manufacturing of special products
