This role often involves data analysis, process mapping, and collaboration with various departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Process Optimization Internships are common in industries like manufacturing, logistics, consulting, and finance. The goal is to gain practical experience while contributing to the organization's continuous improvement initiatives.
