We're looking for Students to join our Global Planning Hub in Barcelona. The Planning Hub is responsible for Luxury and Consumer Beauty products worldwide. The Hub is located in a brand new building in the heart of Barcelona city. 

Our responsibilities cover most of the supply chain functions, such as: material sourcing, production planning, product distribution, demand planning, divisional planning, customer service, logistics, new product development (initiatives planning), inventory management, master data management. 

The Divisional Planning team more specifically is responsible for leading multiple transversal activities across the life cycle management: Innovation Management & Catalogue Management, in close collaboration with Business Supply Planning (HQ) & Supply Teams. On top, the team manage Global Demand Planning activities ensuring demand reasonability and supporting overall the S&OP process in close collaboration with our Demand Planning and Regional/Global S&OP partners.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our team in improving operational efficiency through digitalization and data-driven tools. The role focuses on helping transform manual processes into smarter digital workflows and supporting the creation of dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in business analytics, digital transformation, process improvement, and data visualization and at the same time acquire knowledge of supply chain end-to-end on a global level, working within a truly multifunctional and international team on challenging projects and daily operations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the digitalization of internal processes and data management 

  • Assist in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI 

  • Collect, clean, organize, and structure data from different sources 

  • Help automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency 

  • Analyse workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization 

  • Collaborate with different teams to understand operational needs 

  • Document processes and propose digital solutions 

  • Support implementation of new tools and systems where relevant 

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in: 

    • Business Analytics  

    • Information Systems 

    • Data Science 

    • or a related field 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Good knowledge of Excel and data handling 

  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools 

  • Interest in digital transformation and process optimization 

  • Basic understanding of databases, automation tools, or data analysis is a plus 

  • Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data 

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn 

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently 

Nice-to-Have Skills

You can include some of these depending on the level you want:

  • Knowledge of SQL 

  • Experience with Python, VBA, or Power Automate 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or business software 

  • Experience with dashboards, KPIs, or reporting tools 

  • Understanding of process mapping / Lean / continuous improvement concepts
