Manufacturing Process Operator

UW Solutions

Location: McKees Rocks, PA
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented Manufacturing Process Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor equipment used in the coating manufacturing process, follow established procedures, and make adjustments to keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor mixing tanks, heating vessels, conveyors, and other production equipment
Measure and add raw materials according to production specifications
Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, gauges, and process controls
Collect product samples and perform basic testing to verify quality
Make process adjustments based on test results and equipment readings
Inspect equipment for leaks, hazards, or other issues
Maintain accurate production and equipment logs
Follow safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Work with the production team to maintain quality and meet production goals

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing, production, chemical processing, or warehouse experience preferred
Comfortable working with equipment, measurements, and production processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Good basic math and problem solving skills
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and around coating materials

Physical Requirements
