This training typically covers topics such as safety protocols, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. It is essential for preparing new operators or upskilling current employees to ensure compliance with industry standards and minimize risks in manufacturing, chemical, or energy production environments. The training can be delivered through classroom instruction, hands-on practice, simulations, or online modules.
