Key Responsibilities

  • Machinery Operation: Assist in operating machinery in the designated department as needed to meet production demands.

  • Quality Inspection: Inspect materials, final products, and machinery for defects to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Process Improvement: Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Production Oversight: Ensure that department output meets organizational expectations and production targets.
