ResponsibilitiesBerkley Regional Shared Services seeks a Human Resources Intern to support strategic initiatives and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This internship targets students in their final year of study. Strong potential for full-time employment post-graduation. Key Functions will include but are not limited to:
- Support performance management cycles. Assist with goal tracking. Contribute to development planning.
- Participate in talent reviews. Help coordinate leadership development nominations.
- Assist with culture-building efforts. Promote engagement through targeted initiatives.
- Gather HR data. Interpret metrics. Support data-driven decision-making.
- Shadow employee relations processes. Document cases. Ensure policy alignment.
- Facilitate onboarding, check-ins, offboarding. Update HRIS. Maintain administrative accuracy.
- Contribute to the HR Innovation Initiative. Share ideas. Coordinate community efforts.
- Help plan employee events. Support training logistics. Execute recognition activities.
