TheIntern, QA Compliance is an individual contributor who assists in performing a variety of tasks while following CGMP regulations and company standards.The intern will have an opportunity to interact withAvid'sGMP vendors and contribute by obtaining key information on raw materials that are used in production. The intern will obtain experience processing historical Supplier Corrective Action Requeststo bemore readily accessible to the organization.There will also be an opportunity to learn aboutvendor-initiatedchanges and how thoseareevaluated and processed inAvid'sQuality Systems.Finally, they will gain some experience and exposure to assist Avid during compliance audits.
We'rethrilled to provide a10-week paid internshipat our facility inTustin, CA. As an intern, you'll dive deep into our team's culture, take on significant projects, and play a vital role in our team's dynamics. This temporary, 40-hour per week office position is designed to offer you a wealth of experience and the chance to connect with professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact across departments on the status of records and completion of tasks.
  • Collaboratewith Avid'sraw material suppliers to ensure compliance with Avid requirements
  • Read andcomply withnecessary SOPspertaining tothe position
  • Provide general and clerical support asrequiredfor Company files,recordsand administration
  • Execute data entry, filing and scanning documents witha high levelof attention to detail
  • Perform administrativetasks as they pertain to Avid'ssuppliersand the materials and servicesthat are provided to the organization.
  • Provide assistance and support during client audit and regulatory inspections.
  • Assistin the enforcement ofGMP requirements and QA policies.
  • Perform otherdutiesassigned by Quality Management.

MinimumQualifications:
