Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM to support enterprise CMDB initiatives. The ideal candidate will gather business and technical requirements, analyze existing CMDB/CSDM processes, facilitate workshops, document requirements, and support the implementation of ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills
  • 8 10 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM
  • Requirements gathering and business process analysis
  • Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
  • Process mapping and documentation
  • User stories, acceptance criteria, and RTM creation
  • ITIL Foundation knowledge
  • CI Data Health reporting and governance
  • Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management
  • UAT coordination, deployment validation, and production verification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
