Looking for a resource with 7+ years of experience in the following skillset. 

  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using CP4BA IBM Business Automation Workflow (previously IBM Business Process Manager).
  • IBM BAW/BPM Proficiency
  • Process Modeling
  • Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0), including Business Process Diagrams (BPD), routing, loops, and gateways.
  • User Interface Development
  • Skills in building user interfaces using Coaches and Coach Views, and knowledge of related technologies like CSS and JavaScript.
  • Integration
  • Experience with integration services, including using web services (REST/SOAP APIs), XML, JSON, and AJAX to connect with external systems.
  • Data Management
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, data structures, and SQL syntax.
  • Cloud-Native & DevOps
  • Experience in deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, specifically Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
