Job description

The Senior Process Manager for Atlantic Union Bank's Community Impact Office oversees CRA and Fair Lending processes, reporting, and controls across various lines of business. Responsibilities include managing self-assessments, flash reports, and special projects, as well as running monthly LOB management standups and engaging with the bank's community.
Position Accountabilities
  • Manage CRA and Fair Lending processes and reporting
  • Supervise coordinators on the Community Impact team
  • Conduct self-assessments and manage flash reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Run LOB management system/standups.
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive action plans on problems/concerns
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership teams
  • Collaborate with internal analysts for reports and forecasts.
  • Engage with internal and external community members.

This position reports to the Head of Community Impact
Position Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • 3 - 5 years of CRA experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Prior management experience (preferred)
  • Preferred experience with Kadince

Knowledge & Skills
  • Working knowledge and comprehension of CRA regulations and Fair Lending regulatory process
  • Problem Solving and root cause analysis experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead diverse groups in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual skills
  • Risk Management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including Executive Management
