Job description

The Work

We're looking for an Integration Engineer with ServiceNow and Nuvolo configuration experience to support endtoend configuration, CMDB governance, and environment management across Nuvolo's Connected Workplace Platform and the ServiceNow ecosystem. You'll maintain configuration plans, change processes, technical integrations, and documentation while collaborating with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams.

You will support Nuvolo and ServiceNow application configuration, manage Change Requests, and maintain CI data across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, the ServiceNow CMDB, and Nuvolo modules. This role also supports Agile/DevOps workflows, release management, integration traceability, and provides subject matter expertise in technical reviews and customer-facing sessions.

  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in Integration Management (traceability, change control, audits, documentation, ITSM).
  • Strong familiarity with ServiceNow integration concepts and lifecycle management.
