Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

About This Job

The Process Improvement Consultant will possess strong business process and project/program management capabilities to oversee and optimize our commercial operations. This multifaceted role combines business process optimization and end-to-end project management to ensure that commercial processes are efficient, scalable, and well-supported by integrated technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute process discovery and solution requirements documentation that aligns with commercial strategies and company objectives
  • Lead a team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Design and implement efficient end-to-end workflows using BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma
  • Oversee change management and stakeholder engagement during process transitions
  • Integrate and optimize commercial systems (CRM, ERP, sales platforms)
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems architectures that support business process optimization in commercial operations
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to align system functionality with business needs
  • Facilitate workshops and gather feedback to ensure process adoption
  • Monitor performance and risk indicators to guide strategic decisions
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • 6+ years in commercial operations or process improvement, including 2+ years in leadership
  • Expertise in BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, and SDLC integration
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in financial services is a plus
  • Experience in low-code workflow configuration is a plus
  • Loan IQ or nCino experience preferred
