We are seeking a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Intern to support our efforts in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role offers hands-on experience with process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement across departments.
  • Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
  • Help document current processes and develop updated workflows or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
