Our platform is designed for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, spreadsheets, or unpaid sourcing.

Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Flow Specialists to identify, track, and introduce high-value investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Specialists operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Opportunity Flow Specialists:

• Source and monitor off-market, proprietary, or early-stage opportunities

• Provide actionable market and deal intelligence to investors and analysts

• Introduce opportunities to sponsors and capital allocators within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close

• Build a verified track record of sourcing, insights, and opportunity flow contributions

This role is ideal for professionals with strong networks, early access to deals, or visibility into private capital markets.

Approved Opportunity Flow Specialists may:

• Identify and track proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context: asset type, structure, economics, and strategic rationale

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff; analysts handle modeling and underwriting

Opportunity Flow Specialists do not perform detailed financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.

Based on approval, Opportunity Flow Specialists may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on sourcing credibility, network strength, and market insight experience.

• Opportunity Flow Specialists earn success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Payment is issued upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Specialist role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality sourcing and early opportunity flow

4. Begin submitting qualified deals and market insights to the network

All introductions are platform-driven, with curated channels to maximize visibility and credibility.

Opportunity Flow Specialists do not:

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to sourcing, early-stage insights, and opportunity facilitation, in compliance with applicable securities laws.

• Operators, founders, or executives with visibility into private transactions

• Brokers, intermediaries, or advisors with early access to deal flow

• Consultants or professionals with strong networks and market insight

• Individuals who consistently identify early-stage opportunities in private markets

• Monetize your early access and network without building a fund

• Earn on transactions without underwriting or capital risk

• Work directly with credible investors and fund sponsors

• Build a verifiable, long-term track record of sourcing and opportunity flow
