Job description

About the Company

Humanz is a creator marketing AI led agency that runs influencer and UGC campaigns for performance-driven brands. We've built something most agencies haven't: an AI-native sales system—a live discovery-call console, a call-scoring engine grounded in 150+ outcome-labeled deals, and a coaching loop that gets sharper with every call.

About the Role

We're hiring one senior, full-cycle closer to own the entire inbound revenue motion in the US: from lead qualification and the first discovery call through follow-up, proposal, negotiation, contract, and a clean handoff to our execution team at kickoff. No cold prospecting—an inbound pipeline is handed to you, and you run the process end-to-end, alone, with the best sales tooling you've ever used behind you.

Responsibilities

  • Discovery: Run inbound discovery calls using our live call console—a data-backed playbook built from our actual win/loss corpus, not generic sales methodology. Qualify hard: our data shows exactly which behaviors close and which lose.
  • Proposal: Scope and present campaign proposals live (we don't email decks into the void)—from full-service influencer programs to our UGC tier for test budgets.
  • Negotiation & contract: Own commercial terms, navigate procurement and legal, drive contracts to signature with pace.
  • Handoff: Deliver structured, complete handoffs to the execution team at kickoff—context, commitments, success metrics, stakeholders. Your deals should never need "quick questions" back to sales.
  • The machine itself: Keep CRM hygiene immaculate, feed the playbook—every call you run is scored, and your patterns improve the system. When you spot a gap in the playbook, you propose the fix.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years closing complex services deals (50K–50K–50K–500K)—agency, media, production, or creator-economy sales. You've sold work performed by people, and you know how to negotiate scope, not just price.
  • Fluent in performance marketing. Our buyers are growth and marketing leaders at DTC, e-commerce, app, and regulated-category brands. You can natively discuss CPA targets, LTV, blended ROAS, test budgets, and incrementality—and you know how to turn "our target CPA is $300" into a campaign structure.
  • You understand the creator economy. You know the difference between a UGC play and a macro-creator program, why usage rights and exclusivity come up in every deal, and what compliance means for categories like health and finance.
  • AI-fluent and measurement-positive. You'll run every call inside our console, and every call is scored against a locked rubric with full transparency. Coaching here comes from data, not opinion. If being measured makes you defensive, you will not enjoy this job. If it makes you better, you'll love it.
  • A process owner. Nobody chases you for pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, or handoff quality. You are the system's operator, not its exception.
  • NYC-based and in-office. This role is anchored in our New York office, requiring full-time on-site presence.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • You've closed with marketing/growth buyers at DTC or e-commerce brands and can tell us the numbers.
  • You've worked with (or sold) influencer/creator campaigns and understand deliverables, timelines, and rights.
  • You already use AI tools daily in your sales workflow and can show us how.
  • You ask us about our win/loss data in the interview.

Preferred Skills

Our final round is a live mock discovery call, run on our actual console and scored by our coaching engine against the same rubric our team is measured on. You'll see your scorecard. We think the best candidates will find this exciting rather than threatening—that reaction is itself part of the evaluation.

Benefits

Pay range and compensation package

  • Base salary: $105,000–$125,000 USD per year.
  • Bonuses: This is a commission-based role with capped variable compensation. Actual base salary within the stated range will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated sales performance. Commission-plan details will be discussed during the interview process.

Equal Opportunity Statement

Humanz is an equal opportunity employer.
