  • Design, implement, and refine organizational systems and workflows that improve efficiency and execution
  • Identify and resolve problems proactively, gradually taking on decision-making responsibilities as trust and familiarity with the executive's preferences grow
  • Contribute positive energy and a steady, collaborative presence in high-pressure or unpredictable situation
  • Continuously adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices that enhance executive support and organizational effectiveness
Skills and Qualities We Value
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to work independently without daily direction while supporting a high-demand executive

  • Positive presence, strong interpersonal judgment, and the ability to bring steadiness to fast-changing situations
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improving internal processes
  • Comfort working across multiple departments and leading project execution
  • Ability to stay composed, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure
Qualifications
  • A minimum of Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years supporting senior executives with combined experience in executive assistance and project or operations management
  • Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or C-level executive preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing confidential information and sensitive communications
  • Strong experience managing competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and high-volume demands
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, SharePoint and similar platforms
  • Biotech, pharma, or tech experience is advantageous but not required
  • Background working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
  • Familiarity using modern productivity and AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve efficiency is a plus
  • Onsite availability in Austin, TX, 4 days minimum
