RadX Inc.: Executive Assistant to CEOJob OverviewRadX is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide direct administrative and executive support to our Chief Executive Officer.This is a high-level executive support position requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience directly supporting a CEO, President, owner, or other C-suite executive.Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, particularly within a medical practice, outpatient healthcare, radiology, or other healthcare-related environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's complex and frequently changing calendar, meetings, appointments, and business commitments.Coordinate internal and external meetings with executives, physicians, business partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and supporting materials.Track action items, deadlines, commitments, and follow-up activities on behalf of the CEO.Coordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.Assist with executive communications and correspondence.Help prioritize incoming requests, meeting invitations, communications, and matters requiring the CEO's attention.Serve as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business, employee, financial, and strategic information.Maintain organized executive records, documents, and files.Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and other executive-level activities.Process executive expense reports and related documentation.Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address administrative or scheduling issues.Assist with special projects and other executive-level assignments as needed.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative experience preferred.Previous experience directly supporting a CEO, President, owner, or C-suite executive strongly preferred.Healthcare experience strongly preferred.Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.Ability to anticipate executive needs and work independently with limited direction.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent executive administrative experience may be considered.What We Are Looking ForThe successful candidate will be someone who is proactive rather than reactive.
