Overview

Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to corporate leadership, including Sales and Marketing executives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and maintains the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting leadership operations, coordinating corporate events, managing calendars and reporting, and ensuring the efficient execution of administrative functions that contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to corporate leadership, including Sales and Marketing leaders.
  • Coordinate and execute corporate meetings, trainings, and special events, including National Sales Meetings and New Hire Training programs.
  • Manage all event logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, meals, meeting materials, presentations, and schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly Sales and Marketing reports.
  • Maintain executive PTO calendars and assist with leave processing.
  • Process time and attendance records for corporate leadership.
  • Support expense management and reimbursement processes.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and other executive materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to workflows, procedures, and operational efficiencies.
  • Order and maintain office supplies for corporate staff.
  • Receive and distribute incoming correspondence and deliveries.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information and protected health information (PHI).
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
  • 3-5 years of executive or administrative support experience in a C-suite or senior leadership environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred
  • Education in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or healthcare leadership teams.
