Analyze production data and lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Manufacturing & Operations Support: Support and optimize aseptic manufacturing processes and equipment. Assist with process validation, startups, and process modifications. Maintain process documentation and engineering records.Automation & Controls: Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, and process control systems. Assist with automation upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities.Capital Projects: Support equipment installations, facility expansion projects, and process improvements. Participate in equipment startups, commissioning, and validation efforts.Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate process risks impacting product quality and operational performance.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering, or related discipline). 3-7+ years of process engineering experience within manufacturing environments. Experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, or other aseptic manufacturing environments. Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations.
