Position Summary
The Division of Career & Technical Education is recruiting for a full-time Process Technology Instructor to begin in August 2026. This position is responsible for providing instruction to students in a meaningful classroom and laboratory learning environment that will prepare students to become operators in the petro-chemical industry.
Hiring pay range for the minimum required qualifications for this nine-month position is $5,144.67 to $6,511.44 and is paid out over twelve months.

Duties & Responsibilities
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Regular faculty members help students achieve learning outcomes by teaching assigned classes in accordance with established guidelines and policies and participate in advising and committee assignments, other academic and institutional support activities, and supervisory responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
  • A minimum of five years hands-on experience in chemical process operations
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in related field from an accredited college.
  • Experience with, or willingness to learn, multimedia presentation, ITV course delivery,
  • and online course development and teaching.
Preferred:
  • A Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Teaching experience
  • Administrative and leadership skills and computer literacy
