Essential Qualifications:
1. Rubber Experience: Proficiency in working with rubber materials is imperative.
2. Machine Experience: Expertise in Injection and Compression Molding Machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting is required.
โ€ข Note: Familiarity with Blow Molding and Plastic Injection Molding is distinct from our processes.
3. Process Knowledge: Understanding of the rubber molding process and its nuances is crucial.
4. Material Expertise: Experience in processing various rubber materials including Natural, SBR, Nitrile, Chloroprene, Fluorocarbon, Silicone, Fluorsilicone, HNBR, AEM, and ACM.
5. Process Mastery:

โ€ข Transfer Molding (Essential)
โ€ข Injection Molding (Trainable)
โ€ข Senior Level Experience: A minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience is required.
